We are excited to welcome the University Institute for Research in Iberian Archaeology (IUIAI-UJA) at the University of Jaén as a new partner in the 3D-4CH project: Online Competence Centre in 3D for Cultural Heritage. Coordinated by the Italian start-up Inception and supported by 21 partners across 13 European countries, this three-year initiative—funded by the Digital Europe Programme—aims to establish a centralised online hub to drive the digital transformation of the cultural heritage sector. The Centre will provide multilingual training, resources, and expert guidance in 3D technologies, AI, and immersive media, while fostering collaboration, digital upskilling, and sustainable preservation strategies, including targeted support for Ukrainian institutions. We look forward to the valuable expertise IUIAI-UJA will bring to the project.
