As part of our commitment to training and capacity building, we are reaching out to partners and stakeholders in universities, training centres, and cultural heritage institutions to help identify existing training courses, materials, and curricula relevant to 3D for cultural heritage.

3D-4CH successfully launched in Trento – A Milestone for the Future of 3D Cultural Heritage. The European project officially kicked off with a highly successful three-day meeting in Trento (IT), hosted by the consortium partner Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK). From 18–20 February 2025, leading experts, cultural heritage professionals, and key stakeholders from across Europe came together to lay the foundation for a new era of 3D cultural heritage digitization, AI-driven preservation, and immersive technologies.

This gathering marks not only the beginning of our collaborative efforts but also a significant opportunity to connect and align with crucial European initiatives, including the Common Data Space for Cultural Heritage and the European Cloud for Heritage OpEn Science.
